If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we would happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you initially order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, pictures of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement.
Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges; it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- We sent wrong item – size, style, color. **
- Parcels that is lost in transit. (Allow up to 30 days for delivery)
- Measurements are provided in each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
- We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
** If the size, style or color of the item you got is different from the size you ordered, we will replace it free of charge. But if the product’s size is exactly the same size you ordered, but turned out to be too small/big, we may send a replacement, wherein the buyer would pay 50% of the item cost, PLUS a flat rate of 5$ for the shipping.
IMPORTANT: DiindO! will not be held liable for any loss or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
Cancellations must be made within 8 hours (for debit/credit cards) / 24 hours (for Paypal) of order placement. Send us an email within 8 or 24 hours (according to your payment method) and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-72 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. The Whatever World reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-20 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven’t received credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Additional Charges on Refunds May Applied:
50% of the item cost is charged in the following circumstances:
- The buyer mistakenly ordered a wrong size, color, item.
- Tracking shows delivered but did not receive.
- An incorrect address was indicated on the order.
* Insured shipping is charged on free items.
** In the case of replacement or exchanging, a flat rate of 5$ for the shipping will be applied, as well.
Valid Returns for Exchanging Items
- We accept returns on items with the original packaging and materials, including gift boxes and the shipping bag.
- Any item that has been in the customer’s possession for less than 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
Invalid Returns for Exchanging Items
- Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
- Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing or engraving.
- Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your expense.
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE
You may be eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the situation and the type of item involved. If you would not like the item replaced and wanted a refund, ONLY 50% of the item cost will be refunded, and 50% will be charged to cover the cost of sending the order and part of the items price.
*** Please note that WE DO NOT REFUND shipping cost, for any reason.
A full refund will be issued ONLY if:
- An item cannot be replaced due to it being out of stock.
- Cancellation of the order is requested before 8/24 hours (according to your payment method) after the order was placed.
